Business for the Town of Dinosaur is directed by the Town Council and the Mayor of Dinosaur. The policies, procedures, ordinances etc. that are enacted in the Town of Dinosaur are all contingent upon discussion and voting during open City Council meetings.
The Town Clerk's office, located in Town Hall is responsible for the day to day activities of the town, providing administrative support to the Mayor and the Council. Additionally, the Clerks Office is responsible for meeting minutes, agendas, the calendar for public meetings, postings, animal licensing, licensing for business, including liquor and marijuana licensing, municipal elections and maintaining the town records. The Clerks Office also provides administrative assistance for the Town of Dinosaurs Maintenance and Water Departments.
