Island Park Elk
Elk during the rutting (mating) season in the Island Park area of Dinosaur National Monument. This video was taken on October 19, 2013 at approximately 6:00 pm with a 400mm lens. It is just a small portion of total herd. If you are watching wildlife in the monument, please remember: Any kind of animals calls and spotlighting is prohibited. Do not approach the animals !!!
